Aia Software is a strong performer in the interactive output segment of a leading analyst firm report

London, 30 June, 2009 - Aia Software (www.aia-itp.com), leading global supplier of intelligent document composition software today announced it is one of the strong performers in the interactive output segment cited in The Forrester Wave ™: Document Output For Customer Communications Management, Q2 2009 (DOCCM) report. Aia Software is one of the 12 global vendors meeting Forrester’s Wave participation requirements.

The Forrester Research report states “Aia Software drives communications as a business process”. We feel this reflects Aia’s business oriented strategy “business owned, business managed, IT controlled”. 

Being cited by a leading analyst as a strong performer in the interactive output segment, emphasizes this strategy of transferring responsibility for document and text block management back to users. According to the report, interactive output requires the human touch, often matching variable customer data with structured forms or templates, providing a more individualized output.
