Gartner ITXPO in Cannes will see the first ever public, fully immersive telepresence capability demonstrated in Europe

LONDON, UK – Oct. 27, 2009 – Polycom, Inc. (Nasdaq: PLCM), the global leader in telepresence, video and voice communication solutions, and Easynet Global Services have teamed up to demonstrate a fully functional and immersive telepresence suite at the forthcoming Gartner Symposium. The Gartner Symposium/ITXPO will take place in the Palais Des Festivals in Cannes, France from November 2-5, 2009.

Both companies will operate a RealPresence™ Experience High Definition (RPX™ HD) 204 immersive telepresence system which will demonstrate how it empowers executives, increases productivity, and strengthens business relationships – all in real-time.
