22nd July 2010, Aldridge, UK: Azzurri Communications Ltd, the leading independent managed communications services provider, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Quartermaine as their new Chief Executive Officer.   He joins Azzurri from BT where he was UK President of BT Global Services.
