From interactive services at home to optimisation of front/back-office processes and quality CRM – NextiraOne shows new customer service solutions
Teltow/Germany, 23 January, 2013 – NextiraOne Germany has innovative solutions and impressive highlights in store for visitors to this year's Call Center World (CCW). "Having been represented for the past two years on the exhibition stands of our strategic partners, in 2013 we will have our own presence at the show," said Dr. Bernd Ruppert, CEO of NextiraOne Germany. "But that's not all: for the first time we will be holding our own specialist conference for our guests on February 25, the day before CCW."
Video creates new service channels
NextiraOne, the vendor-independent system integrator and service provider will be showcasing incentives for innovations and trends in the contact centre industry on its Stand B10, Hall 2.1, at the Estrel Convention Centre. One example is a new interactive visual support for personal customer service at home. This application is a highly innovative approach to selling products that require explanation or clarification, such as property, luxury goods, lifestyle products, travel, financial and insurance offerings, as well as home shopping. It is also suitable for health and fitness coaching and enables a new and unique approach to providing individual customer service in the home. Siegfried Schallenmüller, Director of Services & Solutions for NextiraOne, will be presenting this application in his lecture on February 26 at 9:30 a.m. at the exhibition forum, Hall 4. NextiraOne will also be demonstrating how businesses can optimise their front- and back-office processes and the quality of their customer relationship management. Practical examples and live demonstrations will demonstrate how it is possible to respond to the toughest requirements with customised solutions.
Specialist conference in the run-up to the event
One highlight will be the contact centre specialist conference which NextiraOne will be hosting on February 25, the day before CCW. Speakers will give the company and its partners an overview of current industry developments at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin. "New Methods for Customer Dialogue" and "Inbound 2.0" will be on the programme as well as "Concepts for a Future-Proof Service Centre Infrastructure" and "Smartphones and Tablets as the Basis for a Mobile Contact Centre,” to name but a few of the ten lectures.
