Kcom prices up quotes for Phoenix

MyQuote tool saves time for Kcom’s channel partners

Kcom’s online connectivity pricing tool, MyQuote, is giving its channel partners the ability to build quotes for their customers with just the click of a mouse.

Launched in 2012, MyQuote is a self-service portal that is simple, quick to use and can be accessed from anywhere in the world at any time.

Phoenix, one of the UK’s leading providers of IT services, is a Kcom channel partner and a regular user of MyQuote.

Account Manager at Phoenix, Jonathan Stapleton, said: “MyQuote allows new users to request their own quotes with limited training, and the feedback is always really positive. The overall portal, from requesting new quotes to finding old quotes, through to placing an order, is easy and fast. It’s a key tool that we use daily to give our customers quick, accurate pricing for services we deliver through Kcom.

“The MyQuote portal has a really simple layout which is extremely intuitive, and you can build several quotes together in one request rather than individually, which saves time.”
