December 14th 2012, London - Sarah Beeny’s online dating site, MySingleFriend, today announced the appointment of Gail McLaughlan as Managing Director. Gail will be responsible for building the brand and steering the business into new markets.
Created by TV presenter Sarah Beeny in 2005, MySingleFriend has experienced phenomenal success with its unique position amongst traditional dating sites. At MySingleFriend the profiles are all written by friends of the user, making it fun and less daunting, as the experience is shared between friends.
Gail will work closely with Sarah Beeny and the team to raise the profile of MySingleFriend across various channels. Gail’s extensive media experience will be leveraged for MySingleFriend’s first TV advertising campaign that is due to break at the beginning of next year.

Gail previously held the position of Marketing Director for digital marketing agency Croud. Prior to that she headed up product development for ITV.com and was Head of Marketing and Commercial Partnerships for the Friends Reunited Group, including Friends Reunited Dating and Genes Reunited.
