Our aim is to deliver a very personal service that helps you and your site be more successful.  For example, every release sent to us for distribution is reviewed and checked before despatch; in particular we check that the content of the release is relevant to your readership profile.  If not, we go back to the originator to discuss appropriate changes.  If we sound evangelical, its because many of the release senders ask us to help them better understand the online media.

One of the unique services that we offer news release producers, is the ability to track, monitor and analyse online coverage.  Many of our customers want a copy of the coverage for reporting purposes so, unlike most online monitoring services, we ask all those that we work with for permission to use copyright material. The vast majority of sites are happy to do this, but where we are asked not to, we respect this and refer our users to the site in question or their content management agent.
