Econsultancy has today announced the shortlist for its 2012 Innovation Awards, recognising pioneering developments in digital marketing and e-commerce from across the globe in 19 categories.
More than 450 entries were submitted for the prestigious international awards, which are now in their fourth year. The first round of judging was conducted by Econsultancy’s internal team including Research Director Linus Gregoriadis and VP of Research (US) Stefan Tornquist.

The next round of judging will be undertaken by a global panel selected from companies themselves known for innovation (including previous winners) such as The Coca-Cola Company, EMI Music, Tesco, Nokia, FT.com, John Lewis Financial Services, Adobe Systems, Euromoney Institutional Investor, Kiddicare, BSkyB and Expedia.
The winners will then be announced on 23 February 2012 in the Hilton Park Lane in London at the Innovation Awards 2012 Ceremony.
