Today, Fashion Monitor unveiled Beauty Monitor, a standalone sister site dedicated to the beauty industry as well as a complete relaunch of Fashion Monitor’s website. Featuring drastically expanded content to accompany the improved functionality, the relaunch is part of Fashion Monitor’s expansion into the beauty market, as well as simultaneously launching the new products into the US.
‘As the leading provider of contacts, news and events for the fashion industry since 1989, and with the obvious synergy between the fashion and beauty industries, it was inevitable that Fashion Monitor would eventually expand into the beauty industry’ explains Editor Sarah Penny. ‘We started growing our beauty content over three years ago and reached a stage that it was only right for us to produce a standalone product dedicated to the beauty industry in order to do justice to the unparalleled content that we have to offer.’

Both Fashion and Beauty Monitor subscribers have access to all fashion and beauty content, as well as all new site functionality. The new site offers predictive searches, new extensive contact filters, improved calendar views, the ability to share planners and list export functionality - all designed to make the content as easy as possible to surface and to save as much time as possible in the day-to-day work of subscribers.
In addition to first-rate UK and international contacts, news and events, all subscribers for both Fashion and Beauty Monitor also gain access to the additional 20,000 US contacts that have been added for the simultaneous US launch. Contacts include comprehensive coverage of regional media, radio and TV shows, as well as fashion, beauty and lifestyle consumer press together with detailed brand and PR listings, events and industry news.
