HotDocs, a market-leading provider of document automation software, has today announced that flight compensation experts Flightright have selected HotDocs as the tool for improving the document production process within their content management system (CMS).
Flightright helps airline passengers whose flights have been delayed or cancelled to access their rights and achieve the compensation due to them, with the aim of making the process as quick, easy and stress-free as possible. A legal services company, Flightright uses a compensation calculator to determine whether a customer has a claim and then generates the necessary paperwork to take that claim to the airline.
Markus Michnik, Legal Tech Product Manager at Flightright’s German HQ, said: “Prior to HotDocs, creating the templates to enable document generation was difficult and it was clear that HotDocs was the solution we needed to improve this process. We have to produce a wide range of documents, from customer via airline to court correspondence and integrating HotDocs with our CMS will streamline the process, providing the necessary documents faster and more accurately.”
Flightright have chosen a HotDocs cloud solution, so that their teams across Europe have easy access for the completion of the templates that quickly generate documents to go to the airlines and courts.
Steve Spratt, COO of HotDocs, commented: “Flightright is the leading provider of flight compensation and we are very pleased to welcome them as a HotDocs customer. The service they offer to their customers of fast and trouble-free compensation claims perfectly complements the fast and trouble-free automated production of documents that HotDocs provides.”
HotDocs is the market leading provider of automated document assembly software, with customers in 60 different countries and a user-base, globally, that exceeds one million. Document automation, also known as document assembly, allows a vast reduction in time spent in the production of high volume, repeat documentation such as contracts, agreements and other legal paperwork.
Widely used within the legal, banking, insurance, public and corporate sectors, HotDocs software also increases accuracy, reduces cost/risk and improves efficiency in the generation of complex, or simple, repeat documentation. The software is available on premise, on desktop or via the cloud and can operate in a standalone capacity or as part of a wider business process management system, such as workflow, document management or case management systems.
