Hitwise make the wise decision to purchase assyst by Axios Systems


Axios Systems, a leading provider of IT Service Management solutions, today announced that Experian Hitwise has purchased the Axios assyst solution to support the continued development of Hitwise global data processing and infrastructure.

Axios Systems’ assyst solution encompasses all ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Version 3 processes within the one solution, and with over a dozen new customers within the Asia Pacific region, assyst is gaining rapid market share.

Axios Systems has recently added customers such as Corrs Chambers Westgarth, M2 Telecommunications and Reserve Bank of Australia to a growing list of organisations who have selected assyst due to the solutions’ rapid return on investment (ROI), simple and seamless upgrades, and endless functionality available, which can be switched on when required, all out of the box.

Experian Hitwise will initially implement Incident Management, Configuration Management and Event Management, which will manage valuable server infrastructure using assyst. The use of assyst is vital in being able to deploy new infrastructure and to maximise server availability.
