These results confirm the profitability of its business model and the relevance of its solutions. KDS, which aims to become a leading international player will make many announcements at its annual event, KDS Now!
Many new clients including Absolut, Jungheinrich, Fujitsu, CGG, Engie, Sky News and Stx are confident in the company's ability to meet their challenges and objectives and have chosen to rely on KDS to automate and optimize their online business travel and expense.
KDS has also developed its ecosystem through new partnerships with leading players in the corporate travel sector such as BCD, Fox World Travel and World Travel. These successes have reinforced its leading position in the European market and its role as a major player in North America.
The 2015 financial year (ending in March 2016) was particularly noteworthy for KDS which generated a historic 48% increase in transactions on its Neo solution. In a rather flat market, KDS is growing at a double-digit rate.
To reinforce its international ambitions and continue its development, KDS launched a major recruitment drive and increased its workforce by 15% in France, the US and the UK. This has resulted in the company moving from its historic Paris headquarters in Le Plessis-Robinson into new premises in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The company has also strengthened its management team in order to forge new partnerships with independent software vendors (ISVs).
