Now Platform enabled with Backup as a Service automation using Veritas NetBackup


  • Over 50 organisations signed up for innovative ‘NetBackup Self Service’ app since launch less than a month ago

London 18th October 2018: TeamUltra, a Computacenter company, today announced the integration between the Now Platform and Veritas NetBackup had reached its first download milestone. The solution, which provides an integration between the NetBackup Self Service solution suite (a Veritas Technologies LLC product offering) and the Now Platform, is in use by more than 50 international companies from finance and retail to media, IT and local government sectors.

TeamUltra will assist Biomni in bringing the integration into the ServiceNow App store in Q4 2018. The Now Platform app for NetBackup Self Service will provide a complete ‘plug and play’ backup and recovery Service Catalog powered by Veritas NetBackup that integrates into the Now Platform CMBD, ticketing and request processes.
