Cloud service provider adds Employee Relations case management
Software Europe, the provider of business process improvement and spend reduction cloud services, has added Employee Relations [ER] case management to its cloud services portfolio with the acquisition of Workforce Metrics Ltd and its core product, ER Tracker. Software Europe already supports the expenses, contracts, workflow and due diligence challenges of its customers and can now efficiently manage ER cases.
ER cases, such as absence, grievance or disciplinary, from the initial Human Resources referral to the last step in the process can now be managed by Software Europe’s cloud based business process platform. Software Europe will take over full responsibility for Workforce Metric’s existing customers, new sales, customer support, customer finance and product development.
ER Tracker launched to the market in November 2013. It is available in a Lite version, bespoke [Flexi-build] and off-the-shelf versions customised for public and commercial sectors.
Andy Shettle, managing director of Workforce Metrics Ltd and now Product Director - ER Tracker will lead the new division within Software Europe, reporting to CEO, Neil Everatt. Neil comments:
