New accreditation from SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL confirms the business value of iET® ITSM beyond IT service management.

ASCHHEIM, GERMANY, September 27, 2017 - iET Solutions, a provider of software solutions for service management and software asset management, has been awarded SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL accreditation by the independent consulting company SERVIEW GmbH for four new solution areas. This latest certification recognizes the value that iET® ITSM delivers beyond the IT department by managing key processes within human resources, customer service, marketing and facility service management.

iET® ITSM had already received the SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL award for the ITIL® phases within the service lifecycle: service strategy, service design, service transition, service operations and continual service improvement. With this additional certification, iET Solutions extends its solution offering to encompass a wide range of additional processes in the following business areas:

  • HR service management (14 processes)
  • customer service management (16 processes)
  • facility service management (17 processes)
  • marketing service management (14 processes)
