Visto Mobile Integrates with GPS Application to Push Real-time Location Data to More than 30,000 Mobile Professionals

Redwood City, Calif., August 6, 2007 – Visto Corporation, the leading provider of secure and easy-to-use mobile email, today announced that the Tianjin MIE Productivity Center (MIPC) and Ke An Vehicle Satellite Location Network Technology Corporation (Ke An) have selected Visto Mobile™ to bring push email to their Global Positioning System (GPS) customers.

As the government agency that offers “Software as a Service” applications to Tianjin’s businesses, MIPC can now offer real-time access to business-critical data from the GPS application implemented by Ke An. With over 100,000 vehicles currently using the GPS service, offering full mobile access has become a necessity.

“Our partnership with Visto and Ke An enables us to offer the most advanced GPS service to customers ranging from the Tianjin Transportation Authority to local taxis,” said Professor Peter Yang from MIPC. “With the service, companies have mobile access to key location-based information, enabling them to use their phones to receive status updates, make queries and take action in real time.”

With the Visto-enabled service, key staff members within an organization can receive critical information about the status of a vehicle so if there is a disturbance in the route or schedule, the situation can be remedied before it becomes an issue.

“With Visto Mobile, we can offer complete and immediate access to all the features and services provided by the GPS application, dramatically improving productivity for our mobile customer base,” said Tony Pan, GM of Ke An. “By providing our companies more detailed information about their operations, we enable organizations to make informed decisions, which significantly reduces the cost of doing business.”

“China is one of the fastest growing regions in the world for strategic mobile services,” said Brian Bogosian, chairman, president and CEO of Visto. “This is just the first step in a long-term relationship that will result in dramatic growth for Visto and demonstrate a very innovative application of our product. We have invested heavily in China and expect that demand for secure and easy-to-use applications, delivered in the native Chinese language, will continue to soar.”

The combined service will be offered in conjunction with a range of low-cost data plans available from China’s leading mobile operators.
