Savings of up to 33% for Student Rail Travel

As the new academic year approaches, students will be able to save up to 33% on the price of a CrossCountry rail ticket. Helping students make those pennies go a little bit further, CrossCountry Trains has teamed up with The National Union of Students (NUS) to offer NUS Extra card holders an extra 10% off CrossCountry value Advance tickets at http://www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk/nus.   

From 4th September, students could benefit from a massive 33% off the price of a CrossCountry Advance ticket when booking online, using an NUS Extra card AND 16-24 Railcard. To register, visit www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk/nus and simply type in your e-mail address and personal NUS Extra card number.

When buying Advance tickets online at www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk/nus students can get free seat reservations, a personalised timetable for their journey and choose an ‘e-ticket’ option  - giving the opportunity to print the ticket at home. What’s more, unlike other ticket booking websites, you won’t be charged a booking fee or extra charges for using a credit card.
