Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements give your pictures and videos the star treatment in time for Christmas

Leading photographers, movie makers, publishers and graphic artists use Adobe products to get the professional edge for their work – now you can use some of the same tools to do the same for your pictures and videos this Christmas.

Five festive ideas:

• Create a video Christmas message and upload onto Facebook or MySpace – have fun, save on stamps and good for the environment
• Be bad with the ‘merge’ function! – Why not merge your bosses head over the office junior’s in pictures of them at the Christmas party?
• Create Christmas presents with your snaps - Perfect your own pictures to be made into Christmas presents such as canvasses, mugs and 2008 calendars
• Create your own Christmas cards – Take and have fun editing photos to put on the front of a personalised Christmas card
• Narrate your own slide show of photos – Email a slide show of your best pictures from the year to update friends and family on your 2007

Priced at just £100 the Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 and Premiere Elements 4 bundle frees your creativity and imagination.

Photoshop Elements 6
With Photoshop Elements you can improve the quality of digital pictures, remove red-eye and sharpen contrast, as well as get creative and have some fun with artistic effects, themed layouts, or create animated galleries. You can even add voice-overs to slide shows.   Advance functions allow merging of group shots so you can rescue that lovely Christmas dinner portrait ruined by the uncle with his eyes closed.

Premiere Elements 4
Video capabilities include the ability to add soundtracks to your home videos and ‘cut to the beat’ so that the soundtrack follows the action. Simple editing and controls make it easy to upload your videos to the YouTube or burn to DVD.  Easy to use effects allow you to change your video into classic news-reel style footage, create animated titles and menus and other visual enhancements.

Both products are fully integrated so that you can quickly search for pictures or video from a single interface. You can also add digital photo ‘stills’ or scanned film photos, to movie clips and turn video frames into artwork for DVD covers.
