Public turns blind eye to domestic violence as Euro 2012 kicks-off

A YouGov poll whose results were released at the start of Euro 2012 shows that fewer than three in five people would intervene if they suspected their friend or neighbour was beating his partner. Stonham commissioned the poll to address attitudes to domestic abuse.
