Adam is responsible for the strategy and development of the business. Adam took on his executive role in early 2006, having been a Non-Executive director since the company began.

Adam is a Chartered Accountant and has previously spent over nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers working in the Corporate Finance and Business Advisory service lines.

Jonathan Dolby

Media & Client Services Director

Jonathan created the business in early 2001 and manages both the development and delivery of the RealWire service, as well as the company's relationships with media contacts. Jonathan’s idea of creating a release distribution and inclusive monitoring service dedicated to the online media was the first of its kind in the UK.

David Sheppard

Non-Executive Chairman

David works alongside Adam, setting the company’s strategic aims and reviewing and managing performance against the company’s objectives. He has over 30 years management, marketing and communications experience, mostly at board level.

Over the course of his career David has worked in a wide and diverse range of industries in the UK and US including, telecoms, gas, consumer, chemicals, banking, and aircraft engineering, winning a number of PRCA, BAIE and other awards for his work.

Justin Reid

Technology Manager

Justin has been working alongside RealWire since 2001 developing the website and web services for both senders and receivers of news. In his current role he still acts as the lead developer whilst building the web team and overseeing wider technological enhancements to the service and organisation.

With a passion for both technological and traditional arts, Justin is also an advocate of Social Media/Networking.

Giles Shorthouse

Business Development Executive

Initially working for the operations team, Giles brings good insight to the account management team, helping clients get the most from the RealWire service. Giles is responsible for existing accounts, handling service enquiries and demonstrating the service.

Emily Aitchison

Business Development Executive

Emily originally began life at RealWire in the service delivery team, but quickly moved to account development position. Emily is now responsible for a number of clients, providing guidance and advice, and ensuring her clients get the very most from the RealWire service.

Manuel Weinelt

Business Development Executive

Manuel Weinelt joined RealWire in 2008 as a Business Development Executive after completing his degree in European Business at the University of Lincoln. He is responsible for the development of the German market and provides German clients with guidance and advice to ensure that everybody get the very most from the RealWire service.

Zoe Davies

Senior Service Delivery Executive

Zoe has worked in the service delivery team since joining RealWire. She now holds the Senior Service Delivery Executive position, and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the RealWire service, ensuring releases are distributed on time to the correct contacts.

Amy-Kate Wych

Service Delivery Executive

Amy-Kate joined RealWire in 2008 and during her time at the company she has worked in both business development and service delivery roles. She now works in the service delivery team, assisting with the distribution of releases and reporting of coverage. Amy-Kate also assists Justin with maintaining our website infrastructure.

Phil Lunn

Service Delivery Executive

Phil has been a part of the Service Delivery team since joining the company in 2007 following the completion of a Public Relations degree at the University of Lincoln. His role includes the handling of client submitted releases and ensuring each release goes to relevant receivers. Phil also helps the senders of news to get the most from the RealWire service.

Vicky Perry

Service Delivery Executive

Vicky joined RealWire in 2008, following a brief sojourn into the banking industry after completing her Journalism degree at the University of Lincoln. As a part of the service delivery team Vicky works to ensure releases are distributed efficiently to the correct contacts, assists with the reporting of coverage, and works to build and maintain relationships with the receivers of RealWire content.
